Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nummy mobile application ("App") provided by Trevor Riley ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Nummy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Nummy is a personal meal planning tool. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial meal planning purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use the App to generate harmful or inappropriate content

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. AI-Generated Content

Nummy uses AI to generate meal plans and recipes. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or nutritional correctness of any AI-generated recipe or meal plan. Always use your own judgment regarding dietary choices, especially if you have health conditions or food allergies.

4. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you authorize Nummy to create calendar events on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time. We are not responsible for any calendar conflicts or scheduling issues that may result from using this feature.

5. Intellectual Property

The Nummy app, its design, and original content are owned by us. Recipe content sourced from Spoonacular is subject to Spoonacular's terms. AI-generated recipes are provided for your personal use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific meal plan will meet your dietary or health needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nummy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
